Patience and her husband founded Lightned Home Interiors in 2010 on a simple idea: a curtain should be measured for the wall it hangs on, not the other way around. Every installation starts with the room, including its light, its corners and its ceiling height, and the track and fabric are specified to match.
We work in soft wave and S-fold curtains, tailored roman blinds, cushions and pelmets, using tracks and linings chosen for how the fabric will actually fall once it's up. It's slower than off-the-shelf, and it shows.

Scatter cushions cut from your curtain fabric, or a considered contrast.
Alongside the windows, we finish rooms with tailored scatter cushions, made from the same fabric as your curtains and blinds or chosen to pick out a colour already in the room, so the sofa or chair reads as part of the same scheme.
Piped edges, feather or foam inners, any size you need. Each cushion is cut and sewn to order, not picked off a shelf.

Once the windows are dressed, we finish the room the same way: custom duvet covers, fitted sheets, throw cushions and bed runners made from the same fabric families as your curtains, so the whole space reads as one considered scheme.
Choose linen, cotton or a blend, in a shade pulled straight from your curtain fabric or a deliberate contrast. Either way, it's made to your bed size, not a standard off-the-rack fit.
